I would buy that for under $2000, put all the stock panels back, tune and make it my own, and then paint it like the one above for the ultimate sleeper
but then again, I could just do my own build instead

That is a 2003, since it has the 2003 mags and side markers.
Can’t believe it has no rust.
Bought mine April 2003, started to rust march 2004.
